Minibus / Sprinter — Up to 16 passengers. Mercedes Sprinter models are ideal for tour groups, sports teams, and larger families. Extended luggage capacity ensures everyone travels together, comfortably.

After landing, complete passport control and collect your luggage. Proceed to the main arrivals hall — both domestic and international passengers exit into the same terminal level.

Your driver will be waiting near the arrivals gate holding a name board with your booking details. For organised transfers, HRH Lucky uses the designated TURSAB Meeting Point as the standard collection area. Column 9 inside the terminal is another commonly used landmark for easy identification.

Because the terminal frontage is a controlled traffic zone, vehicles wait in the multi-storey car park directly in front of the terminal and pull up to the exit once the passenger is ready. Driver contact details, including name and phone number, are sent to your phone via SMS prior to your arrival.

For a more exclusive experience, a VIP Meet & Greet option is also available — your driver meets you at the gate with a personalised sign and escorts you directly to the vehicle.
